Consultant Radiologist
Dr Dalili is a Consultant Musculoskeletal radiologist with expertise in all aspects of diagnostic and image-guided treatments for orthopaedic, sports, rheumatological and spine conditions.
He graduated from St Bartholomew’s Hospital London in 2010, initially training in plastic surgery, he developed extensive experience as a clinician in traumatic musculoskeletal and sports injuries in the emergency setting. Later his passion for clinical radiology came to fruition following training at the Royal Marsden and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where he witnessed first-hand the profound impact of cutting-edge minimally invasive imaging guided procedures on patient care. Thereafter he undertook specialist clinical radiology training which he completed at Imperial College London and Oxford University Hospitals, with his subsequent musculoskeletal clinical and research experience spanning Europe and the United States.
His primary interests include all aspects of musculoskeletal imaging, but he has particular expertise in the application of modern imaging techniques to sports and spinal conditions. He has undertaken original work in the application of Magnetic Resonance and Computed Tomography guided intervention to the bone, joint, muscle and soft tissue diseases.
He established and leads the Interventional Spine service at Epsom Hospital in Surrey providing minimally invasive treatments and injections for the Southwest London Elective Orthopaedic Centre, a national leader in the field of Orthopaedics.
Dr Dalili lectures and teaches internationally, has contributed widely to the literature, is the lead viva examiner for the European diploma in musculoskeletal radiology and vice-chair of the ESSR Educational committee.
